ReplyDeleteAs I stated on the discussion board I think this is a great topic. You have it very well laid out. I also like how you will be making classroom observations because I think this may provide you with some valuable information. I also think implementing the Character Education will be an important tool for your campus. Good luck as you move forward.
Your plan looks great. I also like how you will be collaborating with other people to get the ideas to deal with the discipline. The more input that you get the better it will be as different perspectives may come up with better solutions.
